Therapy Hours
Mon - Fri 8:15am - 3:00pm
I am one-on-one with each patient or client, and therefore available by appointment only. Please call and leave a message or email with any questions or to request an appointment. I will reply first chance I get!
Coaching Hours
In-office : same as above
Off-site & virtual : varies

Directions
From Richmond Rd:
Turn onto N Eagle Creek (towards St Joseph East Hospital). At the 4-way stop, turn left. Take the second driveway on your right into Summit Square Office Park.
Once in the parking lot, take the first right and go down the small hill. Turn left at the stop sign/bottom of the hill. Choice PT is the 3rd building on your left.
